When is Happy Tap available for booking?Currently we are booking our mobile tap carts for any and all events in the Idaho area! We want to ensure everyones safety during this time and ensure your cart have been throughly cleaned/disinfected and we make all deliveries using social distance practices with masks on. We are currently rennovating our horse trailer and will keep you updated as we progress!

What type of events does Happy Tap travel to?The short answer: All of them! The long answer: From weddings and engagement parties to corporate events for 10 to 2,000 guests, we can do it all! We want to bring the party to you at your: private party, festivals or street fair, company picnic, corporate party, reunion, retirement party, birthday, bachelorette party, tailgate, and any other reason you might have to celebrate!

My event is outside of Boise, ID, do you travel?"Our typical service area is within a 30 mile radius from Boise, ID, but no event is out of reach! We charge an additional .75 cents per extra mile outside our radius.

Can I choose any variety of Bubbles, Wine or Beer?"Of course! We have partnerships with great distributors who offer a wide variety of wine, beer, champagne and non-alcoholic beverages to choose from. We are a BYO bar service so we can serve anything that you bring that can be tapped. (There is even a spot on the cart for food options to be served.)

Who buys the booze?You do! With as much help from us as needed. We have found this model works best for both us and you as our customer. This allows you to purchase any alchohol/drink you wish to serve (at a far less expensive cost) and also allows us to make sure you get to experience the fun of pouring from our taps. (Idaho law states that if we buy the alchohol then we also have to pour it.) We also love working with our local caterers and bartenders so if you would rather have pour service we can work to find you the best company.

How do I book an event?Head on over to our "Book It" Page and send us your event details! We will confirm your date and ask for a 50% deposit and signed contract to put you on the calendar. The final balance is due 30 days before your event date. If your event is set for less than 30 days from when you book, we’ll charge you in full upfront.

What if I need to cancel?When you request and book one of our mobile bars, that event day is yours and we don’t double book. Once you have received your custom quote and signed the agreement we offer a 14-day time period to cancel your reservation for a 100% refund. If you need to cancel after your 14- day window, we will extend a credit toward a future booking. If your event is less than 30 days away, we cannot refund or credit at that time.
